Domain Names: Once a domain name is registered or transferred, it is non-refundable (even within the 30-day window).

Dedicated Servers and VPS Plans: These services are provisioned with dedicated resources and are generally non-refundable, or may be refunded on a prorated basis for unused time at our discretion.

Setup Fees: Any one-time setup fees are non-refundable.
